Learning to swim a distance of 2.384 Miles or 3.84 kilometers in 6 months is real! SCHEDULE AND PROGRAM
1-8 week
We learn to swim correctly using the Swim Lessons Hawaii technique, primary focus to teach swimmers to move through the water efficiently and hone our skills in the pool in a group with a trainer. We also train strength and endurance in dry swimming training. We strengthen our skills while doing our homework.
8-16 week
We work out the correct technique and begin to work on endurance in the pool.
Hone the technique to automatism.
In homework, a strength exercise will be included.
16-20 week
We leave on the volume, a lot of swimming volume and technology.
We add the swimming volume to the training and begin to work on endurance in the pool.
In homework, both speed and range exercises.
21-24 week
Final weeks of preparation, we bring our technique to the peak of form.
We study the "chips" of swimming in open water on Saturdays in open water.
Add speed segments.
