Body Transformation Program includes
Consultation
It is very important to know one’s body type, total calorie requirements
and medical conditions, without which your effort towards weight loss
or fat loss will be a complete failure.
Everyone has a different body type, different calorie requirements and
hence you cannot follow any generic program to reach your fitness goal.
The consultation session with our coach will help you understand your body
type, what will work and what will not work for you. He will also make
you understand the dos and dont’s that you need to follow for next 60
days.
The first consultation session with our coach is via Phone and will take at
least forty five to sixty minutes, post which personalized diet and workout
plans are made for you.
Nutrition Plan
Following a proper nutrition plan is important for weight loss however
if you keep on following the same diet pattern chances are that your
body will adapt to it quickly and will stop responding. What you eat,
how much you eat are also other important factors that you need to keep
in mind while following the diet plan.
With Body Transformation you get weekly diet plans so that your body never
adapts to any one eating pattern and keeps on losing weight and body fat
all throughout the program.
Exercise Plan
Exercise is important for weight loss but exercise does not mean expensive
equipment’s, your body weight, some free weights (dumbbell, barbell)
and a bench is all the equipment that you need to get in shape.
With Body Transformation Program you get regular video workout plans
which you can easily perform at home or gym. These plans are sent to
you fortnightly so that your body never adapts to any one particular
training pattern and constantly keeps on losing weight and body fat
throughout the program.
